Takata attacked in Shanghai
The Takata HQ came under attack by a large armed mob who badly damaged the research and development wing of the facility. Other areas were attacked and a hole is still visible in the wall of the main building. The UIG were on high alert and responded quickly to the incident, capturing and killing a significant number of the mob. A UIG officer commented that "The masterminds behind this unusually large scale crime are still at large. In these times of fear and upheaval it is to be expected that criminal elements will take advantage of the situation, but the UIG will remain vigilant and protect the people of Shanghai and the Eastern Bank."

Rainchild tour begins in Mumbai
Week 14 saw the arrival of Harriet Rainchild in Mumbai to begin a book signing tour. In week 15 she will be in Delhi. Her agent has stated that Rainchild will still be travelling to Shanghai on the tour, despite the recent surge in criminal and terrorist incidents.

EI-TG convention open in Hamburg
Civilian vehicle manufacturers are showing off their newest creations in Hamburg this week. The convention is dominated by EI luxury car manufacturers but the WF and even Comoros have a presence there. Kalari have remained strangely silent about the conference and no one knows what will be on show from the famed car making corporation this week.
