Planning Jail Break - Page 2 Empty Re: Planning Jail Break

Removing just the heads is the last option. For many more reasons than what Coraline said it is a bad idea. Let's think of a plan that does not make us harm the agents. We have no idea if they still have R-drug in their systems, and in order for torture to work, synaptic modulation needs to be disabled.

We are going to save them. We are not going to hurt them more than they have been hurt. I know at least Silvia has cybernetics in her limbs that she could not replace. So we're not fucking hurting them at all OK? If our plan needs us to take off someone's fucking limbs it's a bad fucking plan. We need a better plan. Limbs weigh like fucking nothing. Fucking fuck.

Now jamming their signals out is a good idea. I have no idea how to do this either and I am spending this week in a cybernetics lab. I am yelling at my phone there right now. Taking over the transport ship is a good idea too.

What we know is that we need room for 7 agents in, our equipment, and several mercenaries. We need room out for at least five prisoners. Secondary plan; If the Ai Jinn have captured Oracle agents, other people in there might be as powerful and useful as us. Their parent corporations will want them back, and no one like us deserves to be tortured. We may not have a choice in getting all of the prisoners out at once. If that happens, I don't want to leave someone who just as easily could have been any of us there to be blown up. I will if we have no other choice but we know the Ai Jinn put their enemies on this station. All the better to piss them off.

The Eroz fleet will need to leave before the Ai Jinn get there, or face Ai Jinn and UIG wrath.
The AI Jinn have FTL on their ships. Time before they get there is very short.
Stealth as we take over the transport ship is paramount. A brief attack to cover our escape is also important. The Eroz Fleet helping us puts them in jeopardy.

Using the transport and stealth shuttle is one way out. We need to think of more.

Who is looking for time tables? Is someone already doing it? It might be better to have someone look for a way to jam signals.

Ace, firstly I have idea about whether or not any of our fellow agents have the Oxygenation cybernetic but I doubt that all of them do. Further, while I appreciate the compliment sweetie, you are incorrect. Fixing any damage done to that particular cybernetic would require extended brain surgery. Certainly longer than the time frame we are expecting to take getting in and out. And as Hugo mentioned they are already going to be messing with their synaptic modulation chip set, which is much more difficult to remove let alone disable. Lastly, on this topic at least, I would not count on any of their cybernetics working even if the Ai-Jinn have left them inside and intact. This is because I do not expect the wardens to feed them. In fact if the Ai-Jinn do leave cybernetics in without feeding them, our fellow agents will enter a state of advanced starvation before we can reach them.

Not just large quantities sweetie, unless I have miss guessed my contact, crystal weave coated, disguised explosives. There is one thing I would like to request someone get hold one, the blueprints of the station would be incredibly useful. It would allow us to pin point; the security centre and AI, the communications equipment, the prisons themselves and map our route from the airlock to any of these (as well as say, structural weak points.)

P.S. I have also already procured one human appropriate stasis casket, just in case, to be loaded onto the escape shuttle.

Okay, if the expert opinion is that heads alone are not possible then I won't make any preperations for such an eventuality as a backup plan. Of course if we do run out of space my own head will be sutibly fed.

Finding the blueprints should be the domain of our dedicated Datatrawler. I think we only have Tansai who can at this point. If you wouldn't mind.

I am already working on acquiring a signal jammer for the Cyberlin mission. I'm not sure i will be able too, though, so I would appreciate if someone could look into that.

We need to co-ordinate better. How is everyone preparing?

I am getting cybernetics installed as we speak, and am now on the moon. I will be strong and tough enough to take most of everything they could throw at us. I am buying or bought a bag of stuff to ensure the captured agents survive.

I am reading a lot about the Ai Jinn and space law.

An outright assault but the Apocrita would count as an act of war. The UIG could be called in addition to the Ai Jinn fleet, and Eroz would be held responsible. Positron and Ace and any other owners could be depersonalized.

New suggestion:

While the transport ship is taken over, agents in the stealth ship plant bombs on the outer hull. This way it can't be traced back to Oracle or Eroz.
While the crew inside responds to the break in the hull and prepare for attack, we use the distraction to flee and then plant more bombs.

This way, the stealth ship can be a back-up plan if the transport ship is compromised or full.

This way, the Eroz fleet can be stationed nearby in Earth Orbit. Escape plan three for prepared agents can be to fling themselves into space to be later picked up by the fleet.

Those are two more escape plans.

When we leave the space station, where are we going?

Three spinning rings make up the majority of the station. They create their own gravity without the use of expensive anti-grav devices. The lower ring is the prison wing, the central ring contains security staff, the armoury and a lot of the station cargo. The upper ring contains the crew quarters and facilities such as kitchens.
A central column connects the rings and holds some key structures. The main Communication array is at the top of the column, along with engineering and the docking system for shuttles.
At the bottom of the central column there are some small unmanned fighter craft mounted to the outside for a quick launch. These are controlled by the station's security systems and are a later addition to the facility. The bottom of the column also has the emergency communication array, in case the primary system is damaged.

That's what I've been able to find on the station using data trawling.

Planning Jail Break - Page 2 Captiv10

Ideally we would take out both communication arrays at once. This can be solved by placing explosives on both, and setting them off at once, before they realize this is a problem.

Could a stealth ship drop off one agent at the top and one agent at the bottom to place bombs? The agents could then cut and hole inside and get into the inner workings within half a minute or so, before security can be mobilized. Then the bombs could be set off while the other agents infiltrate the security. We can also plant a bomb on security too.

This is risky for the agents outside, but I feel with the right propulsion it wouldn't be too difficult. I offer to do this if we do this plan.

One issue with this plan is that we currently lack a stealth capable space ship. While destroying both telecoms systems is a decent idea the lack of transmistion will make the station suspisios almost instantly. Not long after the coms goes out we are going to have reinforcements incoming. What would be better would be to access the backup system while it is offline and spoof the signal, so that it appears nothing is wrong. Either of the comms systems can be disabled by Explosives or jamming as required.

So we send some of the team to the comms to jam them if possible but with explosives for emergencies, sounds like a plan to me. I'll be on the infiltration team, it's what I do best.

I think we should grab the transport ship in flight - ideally in an empty area of space, I'd guess. That way we don't have to break into a launch base and hopefully won't be spotted.

The only people who will be suspicious are the people inside.
If the lack of transmission is suspicious to those on the outside, they are not likely to send a fleet. They may wait a few minutes for it to com back online. Ai Jinn do not have the best upkeep of equipment. Afterward, they may send one ship to check. By the time they radio for a fleet, we will have minutes more than expected. The fleet will need to mobilize. Investigation will need to happen.

Spoofing the signal may be harder. We don't know if it is even broadcasting constantly.

When the comms go down and the bombs go off, it will non-stop conflict. They will not be suspicious. There will be all out warfare.

When combat starts, they wouldn't mind a hull breach. I can get in that way. If I plant the back up comms bomb, I will be much closer to the prison wing and can start getting them out. I can plant a bomb on the fighter too.

Aren't you making a stealth shuttle on Eroz, Ace? Karishma?

A stealthed shuttle is under construction. That doesn't mean it'll work or we have enough time.

In addition I'm apposed to all out war so early. If we can get into their internal Comms we can hear what they hear and have an element of control there. There is no harm in trying it as we can always blow it up if subtlely fails.

That leaves me sitting outside for a while, but I could plant bombs by myself if we have more time.
Without a stealth shuttle it would make it harder for me to get outside.

Part of the fear is removing the agents from the prison wing and having to carry them all the way back up through the crew areas and security. Could be harder.

Without a stealth shuttle, we only have two methods of escape: The transport shuttle and pick up by the Apocrita.
We should have one more.

How do we hijack the shuttle?
Where do we go once we leave Captivity Station 17?

I would have said hi-jack it before take off with a competent team who can infiltrate. If you wanted to do it in flight you are going to have to deal with the atmosphere, unless this station is in deep enough space that you could attack it from space. Either way is going to be difficult to pull off. Probably fly alongside and grapple across would be the way to do it, although having someone on the inside who can open the doors would help immensely.

Afterwards it doesn't matter where we go, just as long as the Ai-Jinn don't follow.

CS17 is in earth orbit, but in space. Hijacking on the ground is acceptable if we can find out where and when it is happening and the facility we are breaking into is not too heavily fortified. As it associated with the prison structure, it may be.

Sending across a few people to infiltrate it to allow the rest of us entry in space is a good idea.

Knowing how to escape is important. Knowing where is also important. I vote we go back to earth to get out of space as quickly as possible. Where are places we can land safely that would allow the agents quick access to a hospital or a place of recovery? Where are there landing fields? I do not know where we would go.

Infiltration plans have a way of entry, a means to get what you want, and a method of escape. Without a location, we do not yet have a complete escape.

As it stands, the plan is this so far:

  1. Prepare for infiltration. One crew will be where the prison transport ship departs from and the other will be on the moon.
  2. The crew near the transport ship will infiltrate the star dock and sneak on board.
  3. When the transport is in space, the two agents inside will take over the ship.
  4. The Apocrita or the stealth ship will then dock with the taken over Ai Jinn transport ship. The agents planning on infiltrating will go inside.
  5. Those planning on planting bombs on the communications array and fighter drone will hang on outside of the transport ship?
  6. The ship will dock, and some of our agents will pose as Ai Jinn crew to infiltrate and get inside the inner workings of CS17, if possible.
  7. The agents hanging onto the hull of the transport ship will then climb along or propel themselves along the station to plant bombs. There are purchasable stealth propulsion packs for 25,000 credits each.
  8. The crew inside will attempt to get to the security array.
  9. Stealthily, hidden agents will plant bombs in weak spot throughout the ship?
  10. When our cover is compromised, the communications bombs will be triggered.
  11. A dummy signal will replace the downed comms?
  12. The crew outside will cut a way inside. 1
  13. The infiltration crew will attempt to get hold of the main security. 2
  14. The agents outside will make their way to main combat or the prison wing.
  15. When threats have been dealt with the prisoners will be located and freed.
  16. The prisoners will be escorted to the transport ship. 3 Speed is important, since the Ai Jinn may turn up at any moment.
  17. Agents who can't make it to the transport ship can enter space and wait for later pick up from the Apocrita?
  18. The station will be detonated once everyone is safely off.
  19. The ships will then fly to Earth. The faster we get out of space, the better.
  20. At this undecided place on Earth, we will not need to worry about Ai Jinn interference and can quickly move our injured to treatment facilities.

1. I am planning on bring plasma cutters for this purpose, as well as several inflatable rafts which can be used to block the hole I make to stop massive depressurization.
2. Deguassing the station's AI may be the best chance we have. It contains information but shutting down their system may be the only way.
3. Except for the transport ship, we have no definite way of getting the prisoners off the station. The stealth ship may be possible. Could we get the Apocrita to the ship without firing weapons? Would that be too close to all out war?

Bits in bold need more work. It all needs work. Is this the complete plan?

What? Ace sweetie, you want to land a space craft, full of enhanced agents and people in OTF territory? A stealth spacecraft which isn't meant to exist. With high tech stasis casket and well, who knows what else by the time we get back? I... I have to say I didn't know the OTF had a spaceport at all, really.

No. I think an Order enclave would be a welcomimg and safe place to be, full of people who would help with the recovery of victims of torture. I do not intend to land a shuttle in the middle of one.

Okay, I'm glad we got that cleared up, but honestly sweetie? Surely a clinic (even Parvati's) followed by therapy would be a, ah, more advanced environment to recover in. The OTF have some very strange ideas about what constitutes sanitary conditions, for one thing, nevermind psychological complexes or trauma.
