We have a small potential problem

Spotted an (probably) EI agent near HQ and asking questions at Keng's. Photo attached OOC please ask Matt for description). This was after the Madrid job. Possible they just want to identify us to make it difficult to do work in EI. Might be more than one agent around, but this is the only one I've seen so far. Please stay safe, and if we can and someone has a detainment licence, maybe try to arrest and question him?

I have one, but I'm not going to be back in the area for a while...

I'll see what I can get on that Agent from the photo - give me a week or so. If anyone can find out anything else about him, that might be helpful in getting some leads.

If we haven't sorted it out by the time I return, I'll look into it. As long as he's rank 1 I can legally bring him in, and even if he isn't I'm sure we can come to some peaceful agreement... or at least an agreement. If needs be, I'm good at questioning people.

It's not Ramirez being lost, is it? Because that would be comforting and funny and not concerning at all and thus preferable.
