If anybody's short of housing, I can offer a space in a highly secure barracks facility for only 200c a week. It's probably not the most comfortable accommodation on the market, but it should be pretty secure, and I've got a few spare one-person rooms. It has all the facilities you would expect, including space for training. Only thing to warn you of is that before too long, I should begin housing employees there.
