Investigation: Western Federation Cyberlin

I know a place in the Nevada desert that is a no-fly zone and is quite secretive. While I have known about this place for a while before the deathmatch was announced it might be the sort of out of the way place they would design and test something like a cyberlin. It’s a bit of a stretch but that’s all I’ve got so far. I’ll have a word with my contacts in the Underground and see what they can dig up.

The WF are building something in the Canadian wilderness. It is cold and rocky enough to emulate Siberia or France. They are moving various weapons and materials from the labs of Yellowknife out into the wilds. I'm going to do some more digging around.

In other news if you tune into WF news stations in the next few days you'll find my face and general background. I'm officially a Traitor now, even in the eyes of the public. That’s going to make things.. harder.

I believe I have the location of the Cyberlin. There are some old mines in the wilderness to the north of Yellowknife, in what used to be Canada. Having tracked shipments from the weapon lab in Yellow stone i am reasonably confidant that this is where they are building the Cyberlin. I will continue to research.

I've scoped out the Yellowknife weapons research lab and gathered information to plan a full infiltration with. There's a perimeter around the lab that is kept clear to allow a small cyberlin to patrol it regularly. The cyberlin is small and fast, four-legged, mostly equipped for anti-vehicle duties. There are also security guards positioned in a number of watch towers and at key entrance points, so we'll have to keep an eye out for that.

The outside walls of the facility are very difficult to climb, between anti-climb coating and the icy conditions there. Possible entry points include the ventilation system (which has serious security systems - laser grids, pressure sensors, that kind of stuff), staff entry doors with UIG-grade chip checkers installed and several vehicle bay doors.
