Week 62: Warnings?
Midweek, Hugo sends the following email that has been transcribed by a talk-to-text app.
TO: ALL ORACLE AGENTS
FROM: Huguna@nuke.edu
Hey guys.
So I was at a party for this week and while it was really great there is something that happened that was kind of weird. A really nice lady came up to me she was rank five really sweet an accountant... She told me that the EI is unhappy with us for Fenrir's mission and some people called the future boys might be the people to make our lives shit because of it. It was a threat and a warning. I mean the party was very good so she couldn't have been too mad, right? {LAUGHTER}
Seriously who are these guys though?
Stay safe. Juice Out.

Oh.
OH.
I was wondering when they would show up again. The Future Boys were a team of EI Agents. They're brash, unprofessional, enjoy killing civilians FAR too much, oh, and cause collateral damage everywhere they go.
No matter what you're doing, no matter where you are, do not take your shields off. They will fire rockets into crowded places just to kill one of you.
And for the love of god, if someone close to you gets reported as having been injured, attacked killed or otherwise on the brink of death. CALL FOR BACKUP! I cannot emphasise this enough. Do not charge in under the assumption that they're not prepared for you. They will be prepared, and they will be fucking assholes about it.
Also, don't be afraid to kill the bastards. We already killed four of them once, and that didn't stick. They're all backed up no doubt, and they're unrepentant psychopaths. So you know, kill away, just don't get caught.
And call for backup.

Them.
If they have backups then we need to destroy them. These are not Agents that should be allowed to live.

When someone decides to go after them or runs into one of the fuckers, make sure to let me know. I've wanted to kill them for so long, I have to be there. If they have backups, that just means I can keep on killing them until they learn their lesson. Knowing them I'm sure they wouldn't learn their lesson at all, mind, but I have plenty of ammo so that'll work out just fine for me.

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
@Ace: I think there may be a way of killing them permentantly without needing to destroy the psyche matrixes. Under the One Mind, One Body laws, you can't have more than one person with the same psyche martix running around, they'll both be depersonalised. Itoma know when to activate the back up when a signal tag which monitors brain activity sends a message.
I'm not saying that we should capture them, trigger the signal tag, deactivate any toxin filters and wipe their memories...buuuuuuuuuttt....
@Ida: Whatever you say, mystery lady.

I'll start keeping an eye on the Rumours club again in case they start showing up there like when I first spotted them, assuming it's the ones I'm thinking of. There should be some old surveillance data on them so the newer members can identify them.

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
That's not a bad plan. The problem is going to be getting them out in the open so we can take them down. Why don't we host a party?

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
Oh, where are my manners. Tansai, this Ida, one of the original Oracle Agents. She left active duty after we lost Agent Brown, so she could pursue some personal matters. But the Future Boys are personal. Very personal.
Speaking of, I should check in with Sosie. She'll want to know these fucks are back.
Also, I'm attaching a video file of the Future Boys to this message, taken from my own Eternity recorder.
The last 5 minutes is a segment I like to call "Most hilarious Gladitorial Deaths"

Ooookay guys I won't even be in Seoul until the end of the week but be careful. Killing civilians isn't right especially in Seoul. There are lots of good people there. Stay safe, everyone.
Han that video is great are there only four of them?

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
I like your thinking Tansai. If we capture them, we can interrogate them. Hugo said they were in response to the mission in Eden Spire. They may have contact with the teams working from the facility we hit. We could get more info on them, and stop them from sending anyone else after us.

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
The woman who told me was rank five Fenrir and she said she was talking on behalf of her bosses so this is probably a legit thing. Oracle doesn't have many friends.

Re: Week 62: Warnings?
By my rememberance, there are 6. We were only able to pin down 4 of them for that confrontation, the other 2 dropped off the map.
