PAX winds down
The PAX West show was a huge success, with a wide array of new weapons and technologies put on display. The AMS Jupiter range was the highlight of the event for most, and pre-orders for the weapons are said to number in the thousands. The surprise hit of the show was the Y&S under slung weapon range. The weapon accessories were sold out by the end of the event and stores across the world are all ready reporting a surge of sales, particularly of the Cobra Fang rocket launcher.

Terrorists stopped above Seoul!
UIG interceptors have shot down a terrorist helicopter above Seoul. The craft was seen flying over the Interchange and was destroyed at a height of approximately 2000ft. Some minor damage was reported in the city below, but fire crews responded rapidly and put out a number of small blazes caused by burning debris. The UIG has not commented on the intentions or identities of the terrorists, only that their plot was foiled by a crack team of UIG rapid response officers.

UIG in charge of Seoul region resigns
Feng Chan (Rank 8 ), the UIG official in charge of the Seoul region has resigned from his position. He says that he wishes to spend more time with his family and that he will be taking a job in the private sector.

Harriet Rainchild to visit Eastern Bank
Popular author Harriet Rainchild will visit several locations in the Eastern Bank as part of a book signing tour publicising her latest work "Sapient Illusions". The book follows the story of a citizen from the Delhi old city growing up with an A.I working to protect them without their knowledge.
