Week 87: Immediately after the mission: Two INT 10 women sit in a car.

It was essentially pure luck that Karishma and Amets had ended up in the same vehicle. They just went in the same direction and got there at the same time, luckily for the driving licenseless Karishma.

As they began to speed away, Amets sighed and began to relax. She opened her mouth to talk to her travelling companion.

Then the Orion headquarters exploded. In a nuclear kind of way, and Amets slammed the pedal to the metal, joining a rush of vehicles on the autobahn moving as far away from the blast ASAP. "Was anyone caught in that?" she asked hurriedly over smeaker.

"Biostatus says everyone is okay." Hugo sounded slightly terse, and in his own car, was making eye contact with Coraline, if only briefly.

Coraline grinned widely and shrugged at Hugo, as if to say 'you mad bro?' before popping the control panel and excitedly examining her new robot.

"Understood. Rendezvous point?" asked Amets as she increased in speed to keep up with the rest of the traffic on the road.

"Trial is at the Hague, because EI." Hugo added, unsure himself of where everything was. Lawyers were doing their stuff. Yeah.

Fenris looked up from the AI box to see where Silvia was headed. Everyone was evacuated, besides that detonation was not our fault. The fucking AI went batshit crazy! She just hoped that this one was a little better.

"Not our fault." And that was all Hugo had to say.

Having spent the trip so far holding on to anything she could reach for dear life as a fucking nuke went off behind them, Karishma visibly relaxed while listening to the smeaker exchange.  However, this extended into a slump as the impact ((pun intended)) of what had just happened began to sink in.  "True enough, I guess." Karishma muttered to herself despondently in the passenger seat in response to Hugo's and Fenris's statements.  "At least we got Hugo's evidence out intact", she thought to herself, but this only cheered her a little.

Fenris took a good look at the surrounding traffic, trying to find evidence of a response to the explosion. Any signs of pursuit? We've nothing here, but if I were the EI, I'd be looking for someone trying to flee the scene.

"That would be most of Frieburg, then." He wasn't really making a joke; but the whole tower had just been evacuated.
