An EI think tank from 200 years ago that decided it would go out and form its own business rather than monitor the market. The letters used to stand for Department of Motor Vehicles, but now they hold no meaning. DMV creates iconic concept cars and one off creations that are years ahead of their time. Even Oracle agents will be hard pushed to buy these vehicles.

The DMV is only displaying a single vehicle at the show. The scenery is smooth, white plastic walls and furniture and black granite flooring.

Hellion - DMV Concept Car
Cost: 2,500,000
HP: 65
AV: 5
Top Speed: 150MPH
DM: +5
Passengers/Cargo space: 5 People and lots of cargo, possibly space for a heavy weapon mount
The Hellion is an experiment in vectored wheel design. All four of the car's wheels are mounted on anti-grav systems that allow them to rotate independently and do not require any kind of suspension system. Each wheel is driven with its own built in electrical motor that removes the need to physically connect them to the rest of the vehicle. The rest of the car is a solidly built, well armoured compartment that can comfortably contain 5 people in luxury, hovering 4ft above the road surface.
