License Acquisition

When getting licenses the original rule remains that you must spend 500 credits and one week of downtime equal to the number of points the license is worth. However, the week of downtime can be taken as a minor action instead of taking up all of your time. This represents attending a few courses and doing research for the final exam.

If you have a Biohazard and Toxin License as well as a Vending License, are you allowed to sell the drugs, toxins and biohazards the B+T License allows you to manufacture?

The Liquor License rules in terms of it's cost apply to the size of bar/club and the customer capacity, how would it work in relation to an off-license?

As we are starting off as temporary rank 2 with the ability to later be promoted to real rank 2, are we able to get access to licenses with a rank 2 requirement from the start, or do we need to wait for that permenant promotion?

Does the owner of a business always need the license for the services being sold? For example, could someone with a vending license set up a shop, then hire in an employee with a medical license and use them to essentially run a doctor's office/surgery/prescription drug service? So even though neither character has both medical and vending, when working together in combination they have both.

I don't know about the others, but I know that with regards to question three, we can get the rank 2 licenses.

You can't start a business without a business licence, and you can't sell anything without a vendor license. You can provide a service, ie, mani/pedi nail treatments without a vendor license, but not actually sell stuff you've made.
