Week 73: Preping for Taiwan.

Tansai sat at her computer, legs folded underneath her on the chair as she read through the latest news out of Taiwan, the light from the screen casting strange shadows across her mask. With a flick, she brought up two more screens, one a note of a request from Shap, the other an email browser. She began to compose.

TO: Shap, HanJi
FROM: Tansai
SUBJECT: Taiwan weapon smuggling

You guys have probably seen the news already. What do you want to do about this, keep going and ask your contact in Shanghai about what's going on Shap? Whatever it is, probably needs to be done soon.

Tansai.

Sending it off to the others, she began to type another one, but paused, before reaching into her pocket and pulling out a comms device. She'd feel better about talking about this, and with a flick, she dialed Silvia's comm number.

TO: Tansai;
From: Han Ji;
Subject: RE:Weapons Smuggling

I'm gonna surveil this contact anyway, see what I can turn up. Even if we know where the bulk of his weapons are going, I still might find something juicy, side deals with local gangs, maybe see exactly where his suppliers are getting their stuff, who knows.

Silvia was sitting in her room at the time of Tansai's call, looking over various analyses of the events in Taiwan with a rather worried expression. As Tansai's call came through, she started, looked to see who was calling, and then opened the channel on her PDA.

"Tansai? What is it?"
