Subject: Something to look into
Hi. I've just spent a week trying to track down a man called Mahmoud Al-Zein in the Hamburg Underswell. He is involved in a local crime syndicate, and protection racketeering, and has a UIG bounty on him. I talked with some of the UIG Officers, and they told me which places he deals with, and that the UIG won't go near them without good reason. I don't know about you, but to me that sounds like a good place for the Ai Jinn to put stuff they don't want found. No-one else would talk to me, but I thought you might want to look into it, though there is no real rush, I doubt the situation will change soon.
