Welcome to Officer Mieko Masuda

As a result of the current political climate we have been... provided... with a new member of staff by the UIG. Officer Mieko Masuda will be acting as Oracle's new "Ethics Observation Officer" here in Oracle HQ. While she is here, she is to be treated with the respect one would grant to any other high ranking UIG officer and all of her commands are to be followed within reason.

Thank you for the warm welcome CEO James D. Lee. I look forward to working with all of you and making sure that Oracle upholds the strictest ethical standards

In the coming weeks I will be holding interviews with each and every one of you to assess your psychological status and gather important metrics to utilise in advance behavioral modelling algorithms. Do not worry about your privacy or potential rank loss from disclosure of illegal activities; I am now an Oracle employee and will not reveal any information to my previous Corporation.

Together we can maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct!

Nice to meet you. Most of us are going to Varstaag for the next few weeks, so you're going to have to wait to then to talk. Hopefully we won't get into too much trouble. {LAUGHTER}

Hello to you, Ms. Masuda - it's nice to see another new face around here. I myself have only recently started working for Oracle and I'm still getting used to how everything works so I'm afraid I may not have much interesting to say, but I hope we get along just fine. I'll still be on Earth these next few weeks but I've got a busy schedule planned, so you'll have to give me some advance warning if you want me to find time for a proper meeting. Otherwise, I expect I'll see you around the office.
