In the town of Yellowknife to the far north of WF territory there is a weapon lab that I believe is shipping parts and people to somewhere deep in the Canadian Wilderness. That lab may contain useful information, not just for the cyberlin situation but for weapon testing in general. I know you are looking to help and that you were formerly a weapon tester. See what you can dig up.

I would look into it myself but, as you might have seen, I'm a little too high profile at the moment.
