This is primarily for Tansai and Silvia, but the rest of you might as well know. Whilst scouting out the target building, i had a brief encounter with an agent called Penelope Wittingston, and once i had the time i did some research on her and the division she is a part of, The Aristocracy. She herself is one of the best swordsmen in the world, and the fact that she is not the team leader should be an indication of how good these people are.

Stealth specialist: Penelope Wittingston, rank 3. Sword fighter extraordinaire
Heavy Weapons (1): Roger Byrde-Smithe, rank 2. Powered melee and heavy weapons
Heavy Weapons (2): Shaun Hemmingway, rank 3. Known Over-risk weapon user (despite laws in place to stop this)
Crime expert: Oliver "Can't tell a lie" Kant, rank 2. Key member of London criminal underground and spokesperson for division.
Combat Specialist: Danel "The Spaniard" Martinez, rank 2. Skilled in tactical firearms and squad combat tactics.
Hacker/technician: Hansel "Artful Dodger" Strauss, rank 3. Scientific and computer programming genius. Has his own line of illegal hacking software available to purchase on the WDN.

If the aristoracy is indeed guarding the savoy, we need a plan to take them down.

Dear all,

I too have some information to add, although unfortunately less than I would like. My initial reconnaissance has revealed no easy entrances, since the building is entirely self-contained, though I will of course continue looking. I have also discovered the existence of a secure vault underneath the hotel, along with a suite of underground meeting rooms.

There are also an awful lot of Agents around, as both guests and security. Should anything attract attention, I suspect that even Agents of Oracle's standards would be unable to fight their way out.

Furthermore, I will be acquiring an apartment in London to give me somewhere to work out of when I am here. Would either Tansai or Fenris be interested in also using it as a base?

Bizaarely, I think that entering the hotel as guests if possible might not be that bad a plan...at least compared to trying to break into it. Adding a second layer of security to break through would likely be difficult...that said, it would make it much easier to arrest us.

The other choice I can think of involves sneaking in, and I'm not sure how well that would work...

Yes, i would, but we need to make sure it is secure, we don't want a careless mistake, or one of us getting tailed to alert the hotel as to our intentions. I'm thinking of trying to find out where the aristocrats are based, and if possible whether or not they are all here. Also Penelope didn't seem to have thermal vision when i met her, though that may have changed by now.

While trying to find out the internal security system from the moon has, so far, not resulted in anything concrete I do have detailed floor plans and architect drawings of the building and neighbouring buildings. I also have the name of a catering company that the Savoy uses.

I will continue to look for information.
